The daycare centers staff policies are getting a little more strict due to the amount of accidents. In the United States alone there are so many daycare center accidents that people are starting to home school. The policy procedure setup by the managers and owners are set to protect the investment of the facility.

Policies bring structure to a place or environment and this is what prevents total kaoss. Children can get a little unruly and if parameters are not set they could hurt themselves or others. Unfortunately every child that enters into a day care is not home trained to be curtious to others. That means staff members have to be on top of things all day long in order to prevent accidents or worse. The main goal is to keep all kids out of harms way.
